Today, 704 Pride announced the launch of its holiday loyalty pilot program in partnership with Palmetto Collectables, the company’s sponsor and business partner. The program will allow followers and community members to collect points throughout the month of December by interacting with 704 Pride in various contexts. The points gathered by participants in the loyalty program will be calculated at the end of the month, whereby the top three point-getters will earn significant rewards. Terms and Conditions for the 704 Pride Holiday Loyalty Pilot Program
1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 704 Pride Holiday Loyalty Pilot Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. The Program is organized and run by 704 Pride in partnership with Palmetto Collectables, the official sponsor and business partner. The Program will run from November 30, 2024, through December 31, 2024 ("Program Period").
2. Eligibility: The Program is open to all individuals who engage with 704 Pride. Employees, affiliates, and representatives of 704 Pride and Palmetto Collectables, as well as their immediate family members, are eligible to participate but may not be eligible to claim rewards.
3. How to Participate: To participate in the Program, you must engage with 704 Pride on Instagram or through other approved channels during the Program Period. You can earn points by interacting with 704 Pride in various ways, all of which are listed in the announcement post and article. After completing any point-earning activity, you must directly message @704Pride on Instagram with proof of your participation (e.g., a screenshot, tag, or relevant content) to have your points counted toward your tally.
4. Earning Points: Points will be awarded based on engagement as determined by 704 Pride. The specific number of points awarded per activity will vary and will be communicated through 704 Pride's official Instagram account or other channels. All points will be recorded and tracked by 704 Pride.
5. Point Calculation and Tracking: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation and points are accurately tracked. Points will be calculated at the end of the Program Period. 704 Pride will make reasonable efforts to track all participants’ points based on submitted proof, but it is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they have sent the necessary proof via Instagram direct message to @704Pride.
6. Program Period: The Program will run from November 30, 2024, through December 31, 2024 ("Program Period"). Points will only be awarded for activities completed within this period.
7. Rewards: At the end of the Program Period, the top three (3) participants with the highest point totals will be eligible to receive exclusive rewards. The rewards and their distribution will be communicated directly to the winners and will be determined by 704 Pride and Palmetto Collectables. Reward details will be announced at the end of the Program. The top three point-getters will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
8. Reward Conditions: Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items of value. 704 Pride reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if any advertised rewards become unavailable.
9. Privacy: By participating in this Program, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information in accordance with 704 Pride's Privacy Policy. Your information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Program, including verifying your participation and awarding rewards.
10. Disqualification: Any participant found to be violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or dishonest activities, such as submitting false proof or artificially inflating points, will be disqualified from the Program. 704 Pride reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program at its discretion.
11. Modifications: 704 Pride reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If the Program is canceled or modified, participants will be notified via the 704 Pride Instagram account and other communication channels.
12. Liability: By participating in this Program, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless 704 Pride, Palmetto Collectables, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and sponsors from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Program or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any rewards.
13. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
